Make it stand out!
Whether you're in it for the long haul or trying to turn heads in the short-term rental game, a well-executed feature wall changes everything. According to AirDNA and Airbnb data, listings with professional, eye-catching interiors can earn 20–40% more than comparable properties in the same area. Properties with unique design features often show higher occupancy rates and can command premium pricing.
I offer custom accent walls that add just enough visual tension to make a room memorable. It’s the fastest way to make a space feel layered, self-assured, and not like every other beige box on the block. I price murals and feature walls similarly to most professional muralists — based on square footage, level of detail, and surface prep. Every project is custom, so I’ll give you a tailored quote after seeing the space and hearing your vision.
Southwest Stencil
It was such a joy to support the fabulous Austin-based designer, Erica Holley, and help bring her southwest-inspired vision to life. Collaborating with another creative powerhouse like Erica is always a reminder that great design is even better when it’s a team sport.

Rainbow Street Mural
This mural draws inspiration from the eclectic and diverse street art found throughout Austin, Texas. Bold colors and 3D shadows add an extra layer of intrigue, aiming to attract short-term renters creating a visually stunning and Instagram-worthy backdrop.

Bold Sound
This custom feature wall turns an ordinary TV setup into a bold design moment. Inspired by sound waves, vertical wood slats pop against a matte black backdrop—bringing depth, rhythm, and a dose of cool to the living space. It’s graphic, it’s architectural, and it makes the whole room feel designed, not just decorated. LED’s placed along the baseboard coordinate to music or can be programed to fit any mood.
3D Ya’ll
String, nails, and a little Texas flair — this handcrafted “Howdy” sign is flanked by two five-point stars and built entirely from rainbow-colored thread pulled taut over meticulously placed nails. It’s part art, part craft, and all charm — a playful nod to DIY pride and Southern hospitality.
